Planning an event with Gathered By Grace is meant to feel personal, simple, and — dare we say — fun. It all begins with a free discovery call where we chat about your vision, what you’re celebrating, and how involved you’d like me to be. From there, we’ll choose the package that fits you best (or create something custom), and once the contract is signed and deposit is received, your date is officially on the books.

Then the planning begins! Depending on your package, I’ll support you with everything from vendor coordination and timeline creation to design inspiration and setup. You’ll get guidance, checklists, and regular updates along the way — always with your style and peace of mind at the heart of it all.

While I’m here to manage the event flow and bring your vision to life, please note that clients are responsible for providing all supplies, rentals, and décor items. I’ll happily recommend trusted vendors and assist with coordination, but the items themselves will come from you or those vendors. 

As your event approaches, I’ll confirm the details, handle the behind-the-scenes work, and make sure everything is in place so you can walk in and actually enjoy the moment. On the big day, I’ll be there making sure it all runs smoothly — so you can be fully present with the people you’ve gathered to celebrate with.
